Tabor's Star: Phase 1 Approved!
Tabor's Star is a proposed neighborhood at the end of West 6th Street directly across from the Lake County Aquatic Center and the Mineral Belt Trail. The first of three phases was approved by Lake County in early March. Phase I includes lots 1 - 7 of 24 single-family homes, clustered to maximize open space and mountain views. (See the plat map below). This neighborhood is adjacent to the new community park and existing rodeo ground. Plans are to survey and install berms this summer, in preparation for installation of water, sewer and streets. Interested home buyers or investors are encouraged to contact us. These prime building lots have fantastic views with city amenities, close to town!
