The Timbers 
The Timbers is a 42 acre parcel that is heavily timbered and close to town. We are currently exploring different neighborhood design concepts to apply in developing this land. (Join our survey! Details below.) The property is easily serviced by city utilities.
The Timbers has great views of Mt. Elbert and Mt. Massive, the highest peaks in the American Rockies. The location is within a half mile of Leadville's Victorian downtown core and famed Mineral Belt Trail system. Within one mile is the Arkansas River and less than a mile from the river is picturesque Turquoise Lake.
The Leadville area is still a relatively "undiscovered" destination. Leadville's natural attractions are it's mining heritage, high mountains, and many lakes and trails. Its outdoor recreational opportunities such as hiking, biking, skiing, rafting, fishing, golf, trail running, backcountry skiing and motorized sports make the area increasingly popular. The mountain views and the ambiance of the downtown core add to the area's charm.
