The Homebuilding industry not only has prebuilt parts (eg: roof trusses, floor trusses, log kits), but whole prebuilt houses that are built in compliance with the International Residential Code. While earlier generations were limited on design, today's factory built houses can be very stylistic, energy efficient and price competitive. Our heart is in building a house one "two-by" at a time, but given the flexibility and efficiency of "PreFab's", we would be remiss not to offer our clients the choice should it meet their needs.

We also have the flexibility to delete certain components such as siding or flooring and add them locally.
